     【摘要】目的：观察雷贝拉唑预防老年患者非甾体抗炎药相关性上消化道粘膜损害的疗效。结果：治疗组病人上消化道粘膜损害率为2.78%，对照组上消化道粘膜损害率为22.3%，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。
