米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点分析

【摘要】 目的 探索米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点。方法 选取120例于我院就诊的皮肤性病确诊患者,对不同疾病类型的患者实施不同剂量及时间的米诺环素治疗,全部患者均于治疗开始后2周末进行治疗效果的判定及对比。结果 皮肤感染患者痊愈率为94.6%,痤疮组患者治愈率为89.3%,淋病患者治愈率为73.7%,非淋球菌性尿道炎患者治愈率为87.5%,宫颈炎患者治愈率为95.0%;除淋病患者的治愈率差异较大(P<0.05)外,其余患者的治疗效果均为显著,具有统计学意义。结论 米诺环素治疗各种由敏感病原菌导致的轻、中度皮肤性病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
