【摘要】 目的 探讨剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠(CSP)的诊断及合理有效的治疗方法。方法 回顾分析8例CSP患者的临床资料。结果 8例CSP患者的结局为:6例早孕患者5例成功保守治疗,1例早孕患者行双侧子宫动脈栓塞止血而保留子宫,2例足月妊娠患者行全子宫切除术而保住生命。结论 CSP病情凶险,B超诊断极为重要,术前应做好抢救准备,必要时应果断切除子宫。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnosis and reasonable and effective treatment in CSP.Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 8 CSP cases.Results The result of the 8 CSP cases:the conservative treatment were successful in 5 early pregnancy cases,the other one underwent uterine artery embolization and uterine were reserved,2 cases of full-term pregnancy underwent total hysterectomy and save lives.Conclusion The condition of the CSP is dangerous,B ultrasound diagnosis is extremely important,and before surgery,get ready to rescue and hysterectomy when necessary.
