规则性肝段或肝叶切除术治疗复杂性肝内胆管结石疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察规则性肝段或肝叶切除术治疗复杂性肝内胆管结石的疗效,为肝内结石病的治疗提供参考依据。方法 回顾性分析48例行规则性肝段或肝叶切除术及24例非规则性肝段或肝叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石患者的临床资料。对比分析手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率、结石清除率及随访优良率。结果 观察组出血量、并发症发生率、结石清除率、随访优良率显著优于对照组。结论 规则性肝段或肝叶切除术在当前肝内胆管结石的治疗中理想有效。可准确定位结石范围,规则切除病变,尽量保存正常肝组织,保证肝脏功能。
