【摘要】 目的 评价Mtwo镍钛根管预备系统在根管治疗后2年的临床疗效分析。方法 随机选取在华中科技大学医院口腔科门诊收治的需做根管治疗的患者120例(144颗患牙,前牙50例,后牙94例),采用Mtwo镍钛根管预备系统行根管预备,次氯酸钠溶液和EDTA凝胶疏通和清理根管内感染物质,采用侧向加压技术行根管充填;分析根管治疗的充填质量,2年后临床疗效。结果 患牙2年回访114颗,成功103颗,成功率90.35% 。结论 用Mtwo镍钛根管预备系统预备根管能改善临床质量,提高根管治疗成功率。

    Canal Therapy for Two Years

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the Mtwo Nickel-titanium system in root canal therapy for two years. Methods A total of 144 teeth treated by root canal therapy were randomly selected,root canal prepared by Mtwo nickel-titanium system,infection substances dredged and cleaned by sub-sodium chlorate solution and EDTA gel,filled by lateral compression technique.The quality of root canal filling was analyzed radiographicly.The clinical effect of 2 years.Results 2-years clinical successive rate of treatment is 90.35%.Conclusion Mtwo Nickel-titanium system in root canal preparation can result in a very good obteration and successive rate. ......
