【摘要】 目的 了解钟祥地区儿童替牙期前后龋病的流行情况,探讨影响龋齿的因素,为进一步预防与控制龋齿提供依据。方法 由口腔专业医师按照世界卫生组织的诊断标准及方法进行口腔检查。结果 钟祥市儿童乳、恒牙龋患病率为60.07%和32.42% ,城乡学生恒牙龋有所差异,但均低于1.0。近年来随着媒体关于爱牙知识的宣传和人们自我保健意识的提高,在防龋工作中取得了良好的效果。结论 应加强儿童预防龋齿的健康教育工作。
