腹腔镜在肝胆外科的应用效果观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨肝胆外科中腹腔镜的应用效果。方法 选择我院2010年1月至2011年1月收治的肝胆外科患者80例,随机分为2组各40例,对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对2组临床结果进行回顾性比较分析。结果 观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无严重并发症发生,均痊愈出院,对照组术后感染2例,失血性休克1例,后经相应处理后治愈。结论 在肝胆外科中应用腹腔镜手术,可缩短患者住院时间、降低痛苦程度及并发症发生率,在肝胆外科疾病的诊断、治疗和预后中发挥了重要作用,明显提高了患者生存质量。
