【摘要】 目的 观察临床上使用不同药物对于治疗预激综合征合并心房纤颤(Af)的疗效。方法 对于我院收治的符合预激综合征合并快速心律失常诊断标准的20例病人,观察使用胺碘酮、心律平的治疗效果。结果 胺碘酮、心律平的疗效显著、稳定。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical use of different drugs for the treatment of preexcitation syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation (Af).Methods to observed treatment effect by using amiodarone,propafenone for 20 patients in my hospital,Results Amiodarone,propafenone can create significant stable,curative effect.

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    我院于2010年9月至2010年12月收治20例心律失常患者,其中男15例,女5例,年龄45～65岁,平均57岁,除2例甲亢,1例风心病,3例冠心病以外,其余病例均心脏正常 ......
