有人认为芳香化酶抑制剂可能替代CC成为第一线的促排卵药物[1]。而该研究结果亦发现LE组发生卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)显著低于CC组(P<0.05)，故从现在的资料似乎可以发现使用LE的卵泡数虽然较CC少，但较之安全，当然，这一结论还有待于临床更深人的考证，且可用于对CC治疗失败的患者的治疗。
