[摘要] 随着医疗水平的提高，现在医院中的大型医疗设备所占的比例越来越高，如何对大型医疗设备进行有效的维护与管理是新形势下医院管理面临的一个重大课题。然而由于种种原因，大多数医院在大型医疗设备的维护与管理方面都存在一定的问题。该研究就着重分析了医院对大型医疗设备的维护与管理存在的问题，并针对存在的问题提出了一定的解决方案，希望能为提高大型医疗设备的维护与管理工作提供一定的参考与帮助。
