[摘要] 目的 研究分析舒适护理在肝癌晚期患者临终护理中的临床价值。方法 选取该院42例肝癌晚期患者研究分析，并随机将其分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(21例)，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 对比两组患者护理总满意，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒适护理在肝癌晚期患者临终护理中具有显著效果，可有效提高患者临终生活质量及患者家属对护理总满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical value of comfortable nursing in the hospice care of terminal liver cancer patients. Methods 42 terminal liver cancer patients admitted in our hospital were selected for the study and analysis. And they were divided into the treatment group (21 cases) and the control group (21 cases)， the nursing effects of two groups of patients were compared. Results The difference in the total nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).
