[摘要] 目的 探讨门诊妇科护理中应用健康教育对阴道炎患者依从性的影响。方法 选取96例于该院门诊治疗的妇科阴道炎患者作为研究对象，收集患者临床资料并对其进行回顾分析，将96例患者根据随机分组的方法进行分组，其中对观察组50例患者实施健康教育护理干预，对对比组46例患者实施常规护理干预，对两组患者护理干预效果进行观察，并比较各组患者的依从性。结果 从两组患者治疗依从性的情况上看，观察组患者在不同疗程的治疗依从性均明显好于对比组，其中观察组总依从率平均为92.7%，对比组为29.0%，两组患者依从性相较观察组依从率明显较高(P<0.05)。 结论 在门诊妇科护理中对阴道炎患者实施健康教育可显著提高患者依从性，促使患者康复，具有重要意义。
