     [摘要] 经皮椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折中有效、安全的微创治疗手段，目前经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)和经皮后凸椎体成形术(PKP)临床应用较多。该研究就PVP和PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折作一简要综述。

    [Abstract] Percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral fracture treatment is effective， safe and minimally invasive treatment method，Percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) in clinical application of more.In this paper， PVP and PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures are reviewed.
