[摘要] 目的 分析眼眶骨折的病因，诊治及术后处理。方法 对2011年1月—2013年12月该院收治的42例(42眼)眼眶骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果31例单纯眶内侧壁骨折保守治疗，28(90%)例治愈，3(10%)例好转；11例手术适应症患者以眶下壁骨折或合并眶内侧壁骨折为主，手术者后3个月后9例(90%)治愈，2例(10%)好转。2例眶下区麻木，2例鼻部异味。结论 把握手术时机，术前精确估算，术中仔细操作，可有效矫正眼球内陷及复视。
