[摘要] 目的 探讨造血干细胞移植病人的术前护理，为日后的临床护理提供参考。方法 随机选择2012年2月—2014年9月收治的造血干细胞移植患者100例为研究对象，通过随机分组法分成观察组和对照组，各50例患者。观察组患者给予综合性的术前护理，对照组患者给予常规术前护理，对比两组患者的护理情况。结果 经过临床护理，观察组患者的临床情况明显优于对照组。在并发症方面，观察组患者并发症概率为46.0%；对照组患者并发症概率为74.0%，两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为94.0%；对照组为42.0%，对比两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 术前护理对造血干细胞移植患者的手术具有非常重要的影响，在日后的术前护理中，应对患者实行积极的综合性护理，为临床治疗及患者后续康复，提供更大的帮助。
