短时受精在体外受精技术中的临床观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨观察短时受精在体外受精技术中的临床效果。方法 整群选取2011年10月1 日—2014年5月31日在该院接受体外受精的245例不孕患者，入组患者夫妇进行体格检查后，均行超促排卵、取卵，将患者随机分成实验组和对照组，其中对照组120例采用传统常规受精方法，实验组125例采用短时受精方法，观察两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果 实验组的卵裂率、正常受精率和优质胚胎率与对照组的无明显差异，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；实验组患者的妊娠率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 短时受精在体外受精大大的提高了卵子的利用率，临床上在不影响周期正常受精率的前提下提供了更多的优质胚胎，在临床上可以广泛运用。
