射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤近期疗效探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 观察射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤近期疗效。方法 回顾2013年6月—2015年1月该院治疗的原发性肝癌和肝转移性瘤患者40例，共52个病灶，采用RFA进行治疗，运用多排CT扫描进行评价疗效。结果 52个病灶，术后3个月复查评估，病灶完全消融39例，不完全消融13例；不良反应主要是局部疼痛、发热。综合治疗后，40例病人6个月生存率90.00%，1 年生存率65.00% 。结论 RFA治疗原发性和转移性肝脏肿瘤具有近期局部疗效好、并发症少的特点，是安全、有效的局部治疗方法。
