侧入法与直入法对椎管内麻醉患者术后腰背痛的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探析椎管内麻醉侧入法和直入法对患者术后腰背疼痛的影响。方法 整群选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的83例腰硬联合麻醉下行下腹或下肢手术的患者，根据穿刺方法将其分为研究组(41例)和对照组(42例)，研究组采取侧入法，对照组采取直入法，比较两组患者术后腰背疼痛的情况。结果 研究组一次穿刺成功率90.24%明显高于对照组76.19%(P<0.05)；两组穿刺触及神经反应例数各3例比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；研究组发生腰背疼痛4例明显少于对照组的11例(9.76% vs 26.19%，P<0.05)。 结论 椎管内麻醉采取侧入法能够明显减少患者术后腰背疼痛的发生率。
