三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合损伤患者的手术治疗分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 在评价三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合损伤患者的手术治疗价值的基础上，寻找改善三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合损伤患者临床指征的手术方案。方法 随机选择2011年1月—2015年1月该院收取的60例三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合损伤患者，予以分组后，实验组和对照组各30例。其中，实验组接受切开复位内固定手术，而对照组接受常规手术，观察所有入选患者治疗情况，并予以对比。结果 实验组入选患者有效率100.00%，对照组73.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合损伤患者，选择切开复位内固定手术可以提升患者治疗质量，可推广。
