红蓝光照射联合美诺平颗粒治疗中重度痤疮的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 对红蓝光照射与美诺平颗粒联合在中重度痤疮治疗中的临床运用效果进行探讨。 方法 按随机数字表法，将整群选取的2014年5月—2015年5月该院诊治的94例中重度痤疮患者均分成治疗组与对照组，前者予以红蓝光照射+口服美诺平颗粒治疗，后者予以口服异维A酸，均持续治疗2个月；然后对两组患者的临床治疗效果加以观察与对比。 结果 治疗组患者的总有效率(80.9%)比对照组(68.1%)高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者在治疗过程中均出现了一些轻微不良反应(如灼热、脱屑、口干)，经对症处理后均改善。 结论 对中重度痤疮患者予以红蓝光照射联合美诺平颗粒，效果显著，值得在临床上推广。
