正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的治疗效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的治疗效果。 方法 整群选取并回顾性分析2013年10月—2015年10月在中国石油中心医院收治的116例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者临床资料，按治疗所用不同方案分为两组，对照组(53例)行直接修复治疗，观察组(63例)行正畸与修复联合治疗，比较两组疗效及牙功能。 结果 观察组治疗后优良率93.65%比对照组75.47%高，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后咀嚼(5.12±1.14)、语言(5.24±1.36)、吞咽(6.41±1.53)评分均比对照组高，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的治疗效果显著，可有效修复患牙，改善牙功能。
