胸腔镜引导肺癌根治术在早期非小细胞肺癌患者中的临床疗效分析

     [摘要] 目的 探讨胸腔镜引导肺癌根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌效果。 方法 整群选取早期非小细胞肺癌125例分组研究，观察两组术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数量等诸多手术指标。 结果 观察组手术时间(141.2±33.5) min，术中出血量(140.2±10.5)mL，淋巴结清扫数量(10.3±5.5)个，引流管放置时间(52.3±5.8) h，术后引流量(1027.2±71.2) mL，住院时间(10.7±3.5)d；对照组依次为(144.4±37.5)min，(277.3±37.2)mL，(9.2±5.2个，(66.9±6.7) h，(1235.8±87.7) mL，(15.3±4.8) d；观察组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 胸腔镜引导肺癌根治术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌临床效果良好。
