对比不同剂量罗哌卡因在腰椎间盘突出症手术麻醉中的应用效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨不同剂量的罗哌卡因在腰椎间盘突出症手术麻醉中的应用效果。 方法 整群选择该院2014年10—12月间进行腰椎间盘突出手术的患者75例，随机分成3组，每组25例，均选择硬膜外麻醉，分别给予不同剂量的罗哌卡因。 结果 A、B、C 3组感觉起效时间分别为(4.42±1.06)、(2.30±0.81)、(2.14±1.10)min，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 浓度为0.75%，用量为15 mL的罗哌卡因是腰椎间盘突出手术中的最佳剂量。
