美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。 方法 整群选取2013年3月—2015年3月该院收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者82例，分为两组，每组41例。对照组行常规治疗，观察组给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及心率、左心射血分数(LVEF)。 结果 观察组总有效率为97.56%高于对照组78.05%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗后，观察组心率为(90.6±7.2)次/min、LVEF为(50.5±3.5)%，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭可改善心功能，值得推广。
