综合疗法治疗肛门瘙痒症60例疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析肛门瘙痒症实施综合治疗方案的临床效果。 方法 随机选择该院于2014年3月—2015年7月收治的肛门瘙痒症患者60例，按照不同治疗方法分为两个组别，其中对照组(肛周封闭疗法)、试验组(综合疗法)各30例。观察临床疗效，比较症状改善时间和复发情况。结果 试验组治疗有效29例(96.7%)，高于对照组的22例(73.3%)；患者瘙痒缓解时间、皮损好转时间均短于对照组；病情复发率(0%)低于对照组(20.0%)。P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 针对肛门瘙痒症患者，实施综合治疗方案疗效确切，能够提高治疗有效率、缩短症状改善时间，减少病情复发，值得临床推广。
