氰尿酸诱导孕鼠形成肾结石动物模型的研究(3)
综上所述,通过该实验得出的结果说明氰尿酸作为三聚氰胺的类似物,对人类的确有一定的危害,需要我们继续对其研究,目前对于三聚氰胺、氰尿酸的成石机制还未完全清楚,该实验通过给妊娠雌鼠灌胃摄入氰尿酸的方法,成功建立了氰尿酸孕鼠尿路结石的模型,为氰尿酸尿路结石合并妊娠的预防和治疗提供实验依据。并且应用氰尿酸建立孕鼠尿路结石动物模型尚属首创,类似动物模型国内外研究较少,通过观察孕鼠的生长及生产情况,对预测氰尿酸对妊娠妇女的影响也同样具有重大意义。
