输卵管绝育术后异位妊娠的原因分析探究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析输卵管绝育术后合并异位妊娠的主要原因。方法 随机抽取2011年5月—2015年3月在该院接受治疗的23例输卵管绝育术后异位妊娠患者，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 23例患者出现输卵管绝育术后异位妊娠，其中黄体期手术9例，哺乳期5例，终止妊娠后及月经干净后各4例，其他1例，主要原因是手术选择时期掌握不准确。 结论 输卵管绝育术后合并异位妊娠严重影响育龄期妇女身心健康，在为其开展输卵管绝育术时，要掌握好手术指征，并规范操作，进而减少异位妊娠发生率。
