64排螺旋CT冠脉成像(CTA)在冠心病诊断中的应用价值
[摘要] 目的 探析64排螺旋CT冠脉成像(CTA)在冠心病诊断中的价值。 方法 整群选取该院2015年1—11月收治的82例疑为冠心病患者，均给予患者行64排螺旋CT冠脉成像(CTA)检查，分析诊断结果。 结果 64排CTA准确率(79/82)96.34%，64排螺旋CT冠脉成像对轻度狭窄的检出率为9例(10.97%)、中度狭窄检出率为39例(47.56%)，重度狭窄检出率23例(28.05%)，闭塞检出率8例(9.76%)。 结论 采取CTA诊断微小病变的敏感性更好，准确率较高，值得临床上大力推广及应用。
