后踝固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨后踝固定手术治疗法应用于踝关节骨折治疗的效果。方法 整群该院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的154例踝关节骨折患者随机分为两组，每组77例。对照组给予手法复位和石膏固定，观察组给予后踝固定。对两组骨折优良率、愈合时间、住院时间、并发症情况进行观察。结果 观察组优良率为87.0%，显著高于对照组的76.6%(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间、并发症率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 后踝固定术可有效缩短踝关节骨折患者康复时间，降低并发症的发生。
