臭氧治疗术在复杂性腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨臭氧治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法 整群选取2014年10月—2015年11月该单位合作医院复杂性腰椎间盘突出症患者共65例，给予臭氧治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 总有效率为89.2%，均未出现不良反应；治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数为(25.21±13.20)%，低于治疗前，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 臭氧治疗复杂腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的效果。
