子宫内膜癌应用新辅助化疗治疗的效果观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨新辅助化疗治疗子宫内膜癌的效果。方法 整群选取2012年4月—2015年4月期间在该院接诊的106例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料，根据临床治疗方法不同，将其分为两组，即观察组和对照组，每组53例。了解患者的CA125水平，对患者治疗后随访，了解患者5年无瘤生存、5年生存情况。结果 在接受不同治疗情况下，两组子宫内膜癌患者5年无瘤生存率、5年生存率对比，观察组5年无瘤生存率为88.67 %，5年生存率为94.34 %，对照组5年无瘤生存率为49.05 %，5年生存率为956.60 %，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新辅助化疗治疗子宫内膜癌的临床效果较好，安全性好。
