托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪治疗难治性癫痫临床研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪治疗难治性癫痫的效果。方法 整群选择该院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的难治性癫痫患者134例，随机分为2组，各67例，对照组给予拉莫三嗪治疗，观察组给予托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪治疗，比较两组效果。 结果 观察组总有效率为92.6%，不良反应发生率为10.4%，明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 托吡酯联合拉莫三嗪在治疗难治性癫痫中具有显著效果，值得应用。
