老年急性冠脉综合征患者血清CD147水平与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 检测患有急性冠脉综合征(ASC)老年患者外周血中CD147的水平，探讨其在冠脉病变发生发展中的临床意义。 方法 选取急性冠脉综合征患者60例，以及冠脉造影除外冠心病30例作为对照组，采取酶联免疫分析法测定患者外周血清CD147水平。结果 ①检测急性冠脉综合症患者的CD147水平，冠脉狭窄程度根据Gensini评分分轻、中、重组，轻度组(3.64±0.32)ug/L、中度组(4.43±0.23)ug/L、重度组(5.32±0.3)ug/L高于对照组(2.49±0.15)ug/L(P<0.05)；②ASC患者外周血中CD147水平与LDL-C、高敏C-反应蛋白水平相关系数r=0.462呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论CD147水平与老年急性冠脉综合征患者冠脉狭窄程度有密切关系.
