舒适护理在ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的应用效果观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析舒适护理在ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中的应用效果。方法 整群选取该院收治的86例ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者(2013年8月—2015年10月)作为观察对象，对其实施随机分组。对照组43例患者采取常规护理，实验组43例患者采取舒适护理，比较两组患者的第1秒用力呼气量、住院时间、满意度评分及并发症发生率。结果 对照组患者的并发症发生率(16.28%)显著高于实验组，且两组患者的第1秒用力呼气量、住院时间及满意度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者采取舒适护理，效果显著。
