微创小切口钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究分析微创小切口钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法 随机抽取在2013年3月—2015年3月间该院收治的80例跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象，全部病例均采用微创小切口钢板内固定术治疗。术后随访观察记录患者恢复情况，进行回顾性对比分析。结果 患者的切口评级为甲级。手术后3个月，患者的Bohler角、Gissane角与跟骨宽度情况与AOFAS评分分别为(33.09±4.71)、(119.61±2.09)、(32.13±1.91)、(73.88±18.03)，和手术前相比有明显改善。跟骨骨折彻底愈合，未出现并发炎症以及骨折移位、内固定失败等情况，临床效果显著。结论 对于跟骨骨折患者，使用微创小切口钢板内固定术，可以起到满意治疗效果，患者跟骨宽度全面护恢复，杜绝了其对于内部神经血管受损，并发症较少，值得用于临床借鉴。
