术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及治疗(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的临床特点及其诊疗方法。方法 整群选取回顾性分析该院 2011 年 1月—2016 年 1月收治的103例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的患者临床资料。 结果 96例采用保守治疗，7例经保守治疗无效或因病情恶化改行手术治疗，该组103例早期炎性肠梗阻的患者均痊愈出院。 结论 腹部手术后的早期炎性肠梗阻具有典型的肠梗阻临床表现，保守治疗为其首选治疗方法，预后良好。
