个体化减张整形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨个体化减张整形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果。 方法 方便选择2013年6月—2014年5月该院收治的经鼻窦CT确诊为鼻中隔偏曲的患者70例。观察组35例采用个体化减张整形术治疗，对照组35例采用传统鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗。 结果 观察组满意30例，一般4例，不满意1例，高于对照组17例、12例、6例，差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.7915，P=0.0028)。结论 个体化减张整形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲均有创伤性小，患者满意度高，值得临床推广。
