腹股沟疝无张力修补术术后感染补片取出8例研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究无张力修补腹股沟疝后感染补片的取出的原因以及处理方法。方法 采用回顾性分析的方法对2014年1月—2015年1月来该院就诊的并行腹股沟疝无张力修补术并并发术后补片感染的8例患者进行临床资料分析。 结果 8例患者中3例行补片部分清除术，5例患者行补片全摘除手术，并在术后对患者进行常规外科换药，随访1年8名患者均为出现复发。结论 导致发生生物补片感染的因素有很多，临床工作中可以通过使用抗生素以及二次手术清除补片的手段达到控制甚至清除感染以及控制并减少腹股沟疝复发的效果。
