产前胎儿畸形筛查中四维彩超的应用效果分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨产前胎儿畸形筛查中四维彩超的应用效果。方法 方便选取2013年1月—2016年2月在该院进行产前筛查的2 200例中晚期孕妇作为研究对象，分别对其进行二维彩超及四维彩超检查，根据胎儿出生后情况或引产结果对二维彩超及四维彩超的检出率进行比较。结果 二维彩超对胎儿畸形的检出率为76.92%(40/52)，四维彩超对胎儿畸形的检出率为96.15%(50/52)，四维彩超对胎儿畸形的检出率明显高于二维彩超(P<0.01)。结论 与二维彩超相比，四维彩超在胎儿畸形检出方面具有明显优势，值得临床推广应用。
