改良人工晶体睫状沟固定术治疗晶状体后囊破裂中的应用

     [摘要] 目的 分析不同的乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)表达的慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群水平差异。方法 选择2014年10月—2015年12月于黑龙江省大庆市第二医院就诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者65例。根据HBeAg的表达分为阴性组30例，阳性组35例。比较两组CD3、CD4、CD、CD4CD25百分率。结果 HBeAg阳性组CD8(31.2±5.6)%、 CD4CD25(31.8±5.5)%高于阴性组高于阴性组CD8(27.6±5.3)%、 CD4CD25(28.6±4.7)%，差异均有统计学意义(t=2.6595、2.5293，P=0.0078、0.0114)。结论 不同HBeAg表达的慢性乙型肝炎患者T淋巴细胞水平差异有统计学意义，且HBeAg表达阳性者更为显著。
