行为护理在脑梗死运动功能障碍患者康复过程中的应用价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析探讨行为护理在脑梗死运动功能障碍患者康复康复过程中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2013年2月—2014年2月期间该院收治的100例脑梗死运动功能障碍患者作为研究对象，随机将这100例患者分成实验组和对照组，每组50例，对照组采取常规护理，实验组采取行为护理，并对比分析两组的FMA评分、护理总满意率、生活质量评分。结果 实验组的FMA评分为(85.62±10.35)分，对照组的FMA评分为(67.24±10.25)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的护理总满意率为98.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的生活质量评分为(88.77±10.25)分，高于对照组的(70.89±10.45)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 行为护理在脑梗死运动功能障碍患者康复过程中具有积极的应用价值。

Methods Convenient selection the 100 cases of cerebral infarction motor dysfunction in patients as the research object， the 100 cases of patients were treated in our hospital， were from February 2013 to February 2014 randomly 100 cases patients were divided into experimental group and control group， routine nursing care was taken in control group， each group of 50 cases，the experimental group take care behavior，and comparative analysis of the two groups of FMA score， the total satisfaction rate of care， quality of life score. Results The FMA scores of the experimental group is (85.62 ±10.35)， the control group of FMA scores for (67.24 ± 10.25) (P < 0.05)， and the difference is statistically significant； the experimental group of nursing satisfaction rate was 98.00%， higher than that in the control group 80.00%(P < 0.05)， the difference has statistical significance； the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were (88.77± 10.25)， which were higher than those in the control group (70.89 ±10.45) (P < 70.89)，P < 0.05. Conclusion Behavioral nursing has positive application value in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.

脑梗死经治疗后的后遗症较多，尤其是其神经系统容易出现巨大的损伤[1]，具体表现为语言障碍、运动障碍及意识障碍等，给患者的生活质量造成极其不利的影响[2]。该文为进一步探究行为护理在脑梗死运动功能障碍患者康复过程中的应用价值，特将该院于2013年2月—2014年2月收治的100例脑梗死运动功能障碍患者作为该次研究的实验组(行为护理)和对照组(常规护理)，在结束护理后，观察对比两组的FMA评分、生活质量评分及护理总满意率来佐证护理的有效性，现报道如下。
