三维超声在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估中的应用价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的评估中，三维超声成像技术的应用价值。方法 方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年5月确诊为乳腺癌并且行新辅助化疗及手术治疗的30例患者为研究对象。根据化疗前后乳腺肿物变化的三维超声评估与病理结果相比较。结果 研究组中30个病例中接受TAC后，乳腺癌三维超声评分观察值减小21例(70%)，2例(6.67%)乳腺癌原发病灶消失。7例乳腺癌原发病灶无变化，占23.3%；三维超声诊断与病理学评价结果基本一致，P>0.05；二维超声成像评价与病理学评价结果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；三维超声及二维超声在灵敏度、特异度、准确率上差异有统计学意义。结论 在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中三维超声有助于化疗疗效的评估。

Application Value of Three-dimensional Ultrasound in the Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Effect for Patients with Breast Cancer

[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy effect for patients with breast cancer. Methods Convenient selection 30 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed as breast cancer in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2015， and patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery were selected as study subjects. Comparison of three dimensional ultrasound assessment of breast mass changes before and after chemotherapy with pathological results. Results In the study group， 30 cases were received TAC， the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in breast cancer was decreased in 21 cases (70%)， and 2 cases (6.67%) were found to have primary breast cancer. 7 cases of breast cancer primary lesions had no change， accounting for 23.3%； three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis and pathological evaluation results are basically the same(P < 0.05). 2D ultrasound imaging and pathological evaluation results compared with significant difference(P < 0.05)， with statistical significance； three dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound in sensitivity， specificity， accuracy difference was statistically significant. Conclusion During the neoadjuvant chemotherapy， the three-dimensional ultrasound is good to evaluate the clinical effect for patients with breast cancer.

近年来，乳腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，对妇女的生命健康造成严重威胁。随着对乳腺癌治疗的深入研究，新辅助化疗在乳腺癌的综合性治疗中占有很重要的地位[1-2]。该研究利用三维超声成像技术分析三维超声评价与病理评价，并进行对比，探讨在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评价中，三维超声检查的应用价值，方便选取2015年1月—2016年5月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的乳腺癌30例患者进行评估，现报道如下。 (乌丽娅提·赛都拉 古丽扎热叶·艾库拉 吕晓玉)
