[摘要] 目的 探讨微卡辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效。方法 方便选取2010年6月—2015年6月期间该中心收治的98例复治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为两组，各49例，对照组予以3HRZE/6H3R3E3化疗方案，观察组在此基础上结合微卡治疗。观察两组影像学变化、痰菌转阴率。结果 观察组病灶吸收率为91.84%，空洞闭合率为71.43%，对照组病灶吸收率为73.47%，空洞闭合率为48.98%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在治疗3个月后的痰菌转阴率为69.39%，5个月后的痰菌转阴率为81.63%，9个月后的痰菌转阴率为91.84%；对照组在治疗3个月后的痰菌转阴率为51.02%，5个月后的痰菌转阴率为63.27%，9个月后的痰菌转阴率为73.47%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微卡辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核疗效确切，值得推广。
