LED冷光源与常规蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及不良反应分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析探讨高亮度蓝色LED灯箱与蓝色日光灯管箱治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及不良反应。方法 方便选取2014年4月—2016年6月期间该院新生儿科收治的患儿80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,研究组患儿施以高亮度蓝色LED灯箱照射治疗,对照组患儿则施以蓝色日光灯管箱照射治疗,然后对比两组患儿的临床疗效,并进行安全性评价。 结果 研究组患儿治疗总有效率为100.0%,而对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为90.0%,组间治疗有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而研究组患儿治疗期间其不良反应的发生率(27.5%)比对照组患儿的(60.0%)明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 两种蓝光照射方式对于治疗新生儿黄疸均可获得较好的疗效,且高亮度蓝色LED灯箱照射疗效更佳,不良反应的发生率比蓝色日光灯管箱照射治疗明显偏低,因而安全可靠,易于减轻患儿的痛苦,值得在临床上推广应用。

    Analysis of Curative Effect and Adverse Reactions of LED Cold Light Illuminator and Routine Blue Light in Treatment of Icterus Neonatorum

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the curative effect and adverse reactions of LED cold light illuminator and routine blue light in treatment of icterus neonatorum. Methods 80 cases of newborns admitted and treated in the department of newborns in our hospital from April 2014 to June 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the research group were treated with high-brightness blue LED light irradiation, while the control group were treated with blue daylight fluorescent lamp tube irradiation, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups, and the safety was evaluated. Results The total treatment effective rate in the research group and the in the control group was respectively 100.0% and 90.0%, and the difference between groups had statistical significance, (P<0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group(27.5% vs 60.0%), and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The two blue light irradiation methods can obtain a better curative effect in treatment of icterus neonatorum, and the curative effect of high-brightness blue LED light irradiation is better, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions is obviously lower than that of blue daylight fluorescent lamp tube irradiation, and it is safe and reliable, which is easy to relieve the pains of children, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.

    新生兒黄疸属于临床上新生儿较为常见的病症之一,黄疸可能会作为一种正常的生理现象而出现在患儿生长过程中,也可能是一些疾病的症状表现,新生儿一旦出现病理性黄疸将可能会对患儿的神经系统及大脑带来较大的损伤,因此应当加强对新生儿黄疸的预防和治疗[1]。目前临床上多用蓝光照射手段来治疗新生儿黄疸,并能取得一定的疗效,但临床上常用的蓝色日光灯管箱照射治疗方式极易引起患儿出现诸如皮疹、腹泻及发热等并发症和不良反应,增加患儿的痛苦。而高亮度蓝色LED灯箱照射治疗利用的是蓝色发光二极管光源,有效光照强度更高,有研究表明这种治疗方式具有更好的治疗效果[2],此次研究方便选取2014年4月—2016年6月期间该院新生儿科收治的80例患儿作为研究对象,对比分析了两种蓝光照射方法治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及进行安全性,为临床上该病的治疗和相关的研究提供参考性建议,现报道如下。, 百拇医药(钱建刚)
