对行牙齿洁治术的牙周炎患者实施综合性护理的效果探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析研究牙周炎患者实施牙齿洁治术后给予综合性护理的干预效果。方法 随机选取该院口腔门诊2015年11月—2016年11月收治的84例行牙齿洁治术的牙周炎患者，进行随机分组研究，随机分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)，对照组患者给予临床常规护理，观察组患者给予综合性护理干预。评价两组牙龈相关指标改善情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组有效率95.24%、护理满意度为97.62%，均显著高于对照组的76.19%和80.95%，结果均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且治疗后观察组患者牙龈指数(GI)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)、探针深度(PD)以及患者治疗依从性等指标分别为(0.78±0.21)、(0.98±0.32)、(0.79±0.39)、(86.24±6.97)，对照组分别为(1.21±0.18)、(1.86±0.41)、(2.08±0.64)、(61.35±4.39)，两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 牙周炎患者实施牙齿洁治术后给予综合性护理干预，可以有效的提高患者的临床疗效和护理满意度，改善患者的牙齿状态，效果显著，值得推广。

Study on Implementation Effect of General Nursing of Periodontitis Patients with Oral Prophylaxis

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the intervention effect of general nursing of periodontitis patients with oral prophylaxis. Methods 84 cases of periodontitis patients with oral prophylaxis admitted and treated in the dental clinic in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each， the control group adopted the clinical routine nursing， while the observation group adopted the general nursing intervention， and the improvement of related indexes and nursing satisfactory degree were evaluated. Results The effective rate and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(95.24%， 97.62% vs 76.19%， 80.95%)， and the differences were obvious(P<0.05)；after treatment， the GI， SBI， PD and treatment compliance of patients in the observation group and in the control group were respectively (0.78±0.21)， (0.98±0.32)， (0.79±0.39)， (86.24±6.97) and (1.21±0.18)， (1.86±0.41)， (2.08±0.64)，(62.35±4.39)， and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The general nursing intervention in periodontitis patients after oral prophylaxis can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and nursing satisfactory degree of patients and improve the dental state， and the effect is obvious， which is worth promotion.

牙周炎是臨床口腔科常见的慢性流行病之一，该病发生的主要原因是由于患者牙周组织出现炎症反应，进而导致患者的牙齿周围发生组织破坏等现象[1]。该病是成年人牙齿缺失的主要因素。目前临床对于牙周炎患者的治疗主要是以牙齿洁治术为主，具有一定的治疗效果，但是患者往往存在较大的疼痛感与不适感，导致该方法临床治疗依从性较差，进而对治疗效果产生一定的影响[2]。因此，对采用牙齿洁治术治疗的患者进行有效的综合性护理是改善患者治疗依从性，进而提高临床疗效的关键。该次研究对该口腔门诊2015年11月—2016年11月收治的84例行牙齿洁治术的牙周炎患者进行研究，分析综合性护理对牙周炎患者牙齿洁治术效果的影响及应用价值，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(方闽宁 周玲珍 陈芳)
