[摘要] 目的 探讨凶险型前置胎盘剖宫手术麻醉前的准备工作及注意事项，为完善麻醉处理改善母婴结局提供参考借鉴。方法 方便收集2013年8月—2015年10月在该院行剖宫产的56例凶险型前置胎盘确诊患者，完善麻醉前准备，根据患者实际情况选择麻醉方式，观察56例患者麻醉及手术情况。结果 56例患者经完善麻醉准备合理选择麻醉方式后，均顺利平稳度过麻醉和剖宫产手术，42例为全麻，转入急诊(57.1%)、转入ICU(14.3%)，14例为椎管内麻醉，转入急诊(78.6%)、转入ICU(0.0%)，两种麻醉方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，在术中出血量、红细胞输注量方面两种麻醉方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，56例患者术后平均住院时间为(7.87±2.10)d，无1例患者出现严重并发症。结论 完善凶险型前置胎盘剖宫手术麻醉前准备工作，谨慎选择麻醉方式能够获得满意的手术效果，对改善母婴结局具有重要意义。
