封闭式负压引流技术联合开放植骨治疗胫骨创伤性骨髓炎效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 将封闭式负压引流技术和开放植骨结合治疗用于胫骨创伤性骨髓炎患者中，探析其应用效果。 方法 方便选取2014年1月—2017年1月在该院治疗的50例胫骨创伤性骨髓炎患者纳入研究中，均予以50例患者封闭式负压引流技术和开放植骨结合治疗，调查和研究不同骨硬化类型患者的感染控制治疗时间统计值、骨折愈合时间统计值、去除外固定时间统计值，统计和分析50例患者治疗之前和治疗之后的HHS评分数值、Baird-Jackson评分数值。结果 节段性骨硬化患者的骨折愈合时间统计值(34.9±4.0)周、去除外固定时间统计值(36.0±3.3)周和部分骨硬化患者(28.0±3.4)周、(28.8±2.0)周对比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗之后的HHS评分数值(86.9±7.0)分、Baird-Jackson评分数值(88.5±8.0)分和治疗之前对比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在胫骨创伤性骨髓炎患者中采取封闭式负压引流技术和开放植骨结合治疗有顯著效果呈现。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of closed - type negative pressure drainage technology and open bone grafting therapy for patients with tibial traumatic osteomyelitis. Methods 50 cases of traumatic osteomyelitis in patients with tibial from January 2014 to January 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected in the study， 50 cases of patients with closed negative drainage and open bone graft combined treatment， investigation and study of different types of patients with osteosclerosis infection control treatment time statistics， fracture healing time statistics， removal of external fixation time statistics， statistics and analysis HHS scores before and after treatment in 50 patients， Baird-Jackson scores. Results The patients with segmental bone fracture healing time statistics (34.9±4.0)weeks， except to fixed time statistics (36.0±3.3)weeks and part of the bone sclerosis patients (28.0±3.4)weeks， (28.8±2.0)weeks， (P<0.05)， with statistically significant difference， after treatment of HHS score values (86.9±7.0)points， Baird-Jackson score values (88.5±8.0)points， and compared with that before treatment， with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with tibial traumatic osteomyelitis， there was a significant effect of closed - type negative pressure drainage and open bone grafting.
