[摘要] 目的 探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎通过头孢西丁+阿奇霉素治疗的效果与安全性。 方法 随机选取该院2015年1月—2017年12月收治的支原体肺炎患儿83例，以不同治疗方法为差异分作两组，41例予以阿奇霉素治疗者作对照组，42例通过头孢西丁+阿奇霉素治疗者作治疗组，对比分析两组疗效及安全性。 结果 治疗组总有效率是97.62%，较对照组的80.49%高，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.298，P=0.012)；治疗后，治疗组TNF-α、IL-6水平较对照组低，差异有统计学意义(t=8.359、5.858，P=0.010、0.020)；两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.131，P=0.717)。 结论 通过头孢西丁联合阿奇霉素对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎展开治疗效果显著，且不良反应少。
