[摘要] 目的 探讨亚低温疗法应用于急性脑出血患者中的效果。方法 方便选择2017年5月—2018年11月该院收治的急性脑出血患者106例，以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组，各53例。两组患者均采取常规对症支持治疗，研究组在此基础上应用亚低温疗法。评价两组的临床疗效，以及治疗前、治疗后1个月时日常生活能力与神经功能缺损情况。 结果 两组在治疗的总有效率比较中，研究组96.23%高于对照组83.02%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.970，P<0.05)。治疗后1个月时研究组Barthel指数(97.8±3.3)分，高于对照组(84.2±4.2)分，差异有统计学意义(t=5.859，P<0.05)，NDS评分(7.4±4.6)分低于对照组(12.6±3.4)分，差异有统计学意义(t=4.658，P<0.05)。结论 亚低温疗法在急性脑出血患者中的具有显著的效果，可以有效改善患者的神经功能，保证其生活质量，值得临床推广。
