[摘要] 目的 探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳房肿块切除术中的临床应用价值。方法 2017年1月—2018年12月方便选取乳房肿块患者180例，全部患者均接受超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗，对手术治疗效果和术后恢复情况进行评估。 结果 180例共362处乳腺肿块麦默通微创旋切过程中超声均清晰显示，其中180例(100.00%)完整切除;术后3个月超声复查发现少许残留，8例患者病理结果呈阳性，阳性率为4.44%，其中5例为浸润性导管癌，其余均为良性病变;术后180例患者均未出现明显手术疤痕。 结论 超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳房肿块切除术中的临床应用价值高，可实现对肿块的准确定位和诊断，且具备较高的完整切除率，创伤小，美观度好，特别适合于乳腺多发良性肿块地治疗。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive biopsy system in breast lumpectomy.
